The challenge
Property sells by the unit, not by the project, yet most websites show the project and hide its units.
What we built
- Three property registries — projects, individual listings and off-plan sales, each with its own fields and filters
- Units table — every unit with its area, floor, rooms, bathrooms, price and status
- Search with three filters — type, city and status, plus delivery time for off-plan sales
- A site in two complete languages — Arabic right-to-left and English left-to-right, not a translation layered over one layout
- WhatsApp subscription — a number instead of an email, because Saudi clients open WhatsApp, not an inbox
