What clients ask about

Is the migration from my current host really free?
Yes, with no fees and no conditions. We handle the copying, the testing and the domain switch ourselves, and if the result does not please you we move you back to your previous host free of charge.
What if I go over the data transfer limit?
We tell you before you reach the limit, not after. And we do not take your site down without warning — we agree an upgrade with you, or charge the excess at a fair rate.
Can I move between plans later?
At any time, and with no interruption. We work out what is left of your current subscription and take it off the new plan.
How do I pay? And is there a monthly subscription?
The subscription is yearly, paid by card, by bank transfer or through PayPal. We chose yearly because it is cheaper for you and steadier for the server.
What happens if I cancel the subscription?
We hand you a complete copy of your site and its database, and help you move to any other provider. We hold nobody hostage.
Is the server mine or yours?
The server is in our name because we manage it, but everything on it is yours: the code, the content, the database and the domain.
Does the hosting include email?
Yes, mailboxes on your own domain, with protection from spam. And if you use Google Workspace, we set it up for you.
How long does support take to answer?
Under an hour on working days, and under four hours at the weekend. And you speak to an engineer directly, not to a ticket system.
