01<\/i>Who we are, and what these terms cover<\/span><\/h2>\n\n

Souhail Agency<\/b> a digital agency based in Morocco.<\/i>\nreferred to in this document as \u201cwe\u201d or \u201cthe agency\u201d,<\/i> and to you as \u201cthe client\u201d.<\/i><\/p>\n

These terms apply to everything we provide:<\/i> interface and user experience design,<\/i>\nweb and WordPress development,<\/i> AI dashboards,<\/i>\nchatbots,<\/i> Automation,<\/i> and hosting.<\/i><\/p>\n

By using our site or buying any service,<\/i> you have accepted these terms.<\/i>\nIf you do not accept them, do not use the service.<\/i><\/p>\n

And when we sign a separate contract<\/b> for a project,<\/i> with you, the contract governs wherever the two differ,<\/i>\nand these terms remain in force for whatever it does not mention.<\/i><\/p>\n<\/section>\n

02<\/i>your account<\/span><\/h2>\n\n

Some of our services need an account,<\/i> the hosting control panel among them.<\/i>\nThe username is your email address,<\/i> and you are the one who chooses the password.<\/i><\/p>\n

We do not see your password and cannot read it<\/b> \u2014 it is stored hashed, not as text.<\/i>\nwhich is why we cannot send it to you,<\/i> we give you a way to set a new one instead.<\/i><\/p>\n
